The Self-Awareness Essence is a brilliant Essence to take for first time users of Evolutionary Light Essences. This Essence puts you in touch with what is going on with you at a heart chakra level and shows you an awareness of your patterns. 

The vibration of this Essence is quite slow but extremely deep acting because it is a foundational Essence. It is very connected to breath, life force and simply being. It is working on micro level within you.

This Essences is a massive heart cleanser and healer. It helps you to become aware of blockages and emotional pain held in the heart. This Essence releases trauma you may have experienced, helps work through emotions such as envy and jealousy, sorrow, fear and anxiety. It also supports when there is a lack of self-love or compassion, bitterness, resentment and sadness. This Essence helps heal symptoms such as lack of self-care as well as loneliness and feeling disconnected from others and yourself. The Essence releases blockages in connection to self-acceptance, self-love and trust so, that you can experience feelings of love, joy, and connection with others.

The Self-Awareness Essence supports physical well-being by finding aspects that are out of alignment and re-atuning them.

One interesting aspect about this Essence is that it helps you be aware of unconscious family dynamics such as birth order and long held patterns and attachments. 

When can you take the Essence?

This Essence supports almost all of my transformations but particularly the ‘Ancestral Healing’ and the ‘Well of Fears Transformation’.
